Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are constantly having to work around delays with our manufacturers, distributors, and postal couriers. Please bare with us as we try to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Wallflower Merch processes orders in within 2-5 business days and then ships them out of our international fulfilment hub in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Preorders, custom made items, and products on backorder will have an estimated shipping timeframe in the product description (typically 4-8 weeks). It is our policy to ship all items in an order together. However, some items may have to be shipped separately due to extenuating circumstances. We will notify you if that happens. 

Below is a summary of the shipping services that are available:

PostNL is the local postal service in the Netherlands. They ship packages international economy. All packages are sorted at the international airport here in the Netherlands where they await to be boarded onto a plane to their destination. Upon arrival, the packages must clear customs and then get sorted for delivery by the local postal courier of the country of destination. That postal courier will be the one responsible for the final delivery. Tracking is available but may not be updated properly once the package leaves the Netherlands. We recommend trying to use PostNL's tracking number on the destination country's local postal service's tracking page, too. Here is a link to PostNL's transit times.
DHL Parcel is a faster service available to customers in the EU. The packages are sorted and moved through DHL's network of facilities. Here is a link to DHL Parcel's transit times.
DHL Express is a premium service available to customers around the world. Packages are shipping through DHL's extensive international network. They assist in the process of clearing customs and are the courier responsible for the final delivery in the country of destination. Here is a link to DHL Express's transit times.


Customers in the EU will be charged VAT upfront and not have to pay customs or import fees upon delivery. Customs fees, taxes, and additional fees may apply for international shipments (outside of the EU). Wallflower does not charge for these fees up front because of varying rates between countries. Your local post office may hold the package until such fees are paid. Please contact your local customs and/or post office for more information. 

Any packages that are returned as “refused” or “unclaimed” will be refunded for the items sent back. Shipping will not be refunded in such cases. If the package is sent back before you were notified or does not arrive within 8 weeks, please contact us. We will file a claim that the package was lost and issue a refund for the item(s) only. 

Shipping will be refunded to EU customers only.
